Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under one order and these were delivered simultaneously;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided you ordered several goods under one order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: SUPPORT@YOUR SHOP. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

 

• received the returned goods, or

• you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Forfeiture of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal was broken after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods;

• for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was broken after delivery.
